FAQ sections are good but they are hard to start without FAQ's. So first to the folks that can still remember the experience of building your first Bucket what was your biggest stumbling block. Then for you old guys that have been doing this forever. What are some ongoing problems.
I'm asking for problems now but I'll be asking for solutions later.

The biggest problem is now and always has been Titling. The Second Biggest Problem (one that may be discussed in a public Fourm) is wiring Brake Lights,Turn Signals and 4 ways.

My biggest problem, well not that big was figuring out how to put in seatbelt mounts in main body so that there wasn't any bolts or plates showing under car when I glassed in the interior insert. I wanted everything on the underside to be clean looking. I finally used a 3in wide angle iron cut to width of inside body and used the body mount holes and frame tabs to attach. I welded angle tabs in 4 places and used grade 8 bolts to bolt belts on. The angle mount was glassed in to the floor so it wouldn't move around when I put in the insert
I also came up with a trick mount for electric fan to radiator and grill shell using aluminum 2in strap. I have lots of pics of build.

Could you share the pics of the fan mount?

my biggest problem was mounting the batwings on the front axle!I must have tacked those things on 4 or 5 times before i got it right, i would not recomend doing this, axels are cheap enough with batwings already installed.

Luckily up here in Washington State, we have the street rod law that the vehicle is titled as the vehicle it resembles provided it resembles a vehicle pre 49 so titling should not be a problem for a kit vehicle with a mso and registration number:)

Arkansas has the same law and it makes titling a breeze.
