Hey fella's, just signed up= cool site. I've been checking out 23T's for a long time now, and im ready to turn it into a reality with a little help. I've got a fresh 1984 350hp 350 sbc sitting on the stand, just waiting for my next project. I've also got the fresh TH350 tranny, to got with it. It would make a great motor and tranny combo for a 23T. One thing im wandering about is, i live in one of the many counties in PA, that dont require an emissions testing, but if its newer than 1975, some stations will take a peek under the hood to see if the egr, pcv, and other stuff the vehicle came with, are still hooked up. Since the motor is an 84, and im thinking of putting it into a 23T, will emissions be an issue.

Many states have special titling that will exempt you from a lot of things. I suggest you call the DMV and find out all you can. Ask several people and get as much info as you can. By the way welcome to the board.

they probably won't know what year the motor is unless you tell them.
