installing a gas tank...

1. Build gas tank to fit tight trunk area.

2. Check to see if it fits tight trunk area.

3. install in TIGHT trunk area.

4. build and install trunk floor.

Note to self...DO NOT Reverse the order!

Well after cutting a hole a wee bit bigger then the tank,It fits like I designed.
Should be about 18 gallons of gas. with 2.73 gears,It should be a long runner.
Tank is 40" wide..12" high..9"tall, Tight fit on a '27 roadster works well.

I came up with 18.7 gallons. That should be plenty big for a Bucket unless you're running a blown big block or something. :D

I always design my tanks in cardboard first then I can see how it fits. If I like the fit I just untape it and use the pieces for a pattern
