Default Open ground

Hook a test light between the positive battery terminal and the positive cable after you remove it [cable] from the battery. Start pulling fuses one at a time and determine which circuit it is and repair as necessary. The test light should light up if there is a drain on the battery when the cable is disconnected and the test light in between the battery and the cable.

If you don't have fuses, start unplugging components one at a time until light goes out.

Good luck!
