I don't know what Bill is doing but I was grinding on some welds today with an angle grinder.
I will be moving onto the radius bars next. I had to send back the clevis's because they sent chrome instead of stainless, so I can't hang any suspension. I did build a body dolly and push the body out in the sun today. Pics to follow.

Hey Steve hope all is going well. Have not had much time to do much networking. We have been slammed. We have the chassis painted and assembled for out first turnkey 23X. I'm building a hardtop to fit the new body. I think it's safe to say we have a winner. We do look forward to seeing yours built with pictures of course.

Also grinded on the welds over the weekend. Pretty much have then cleaned up. B.C., I tried to hang the rear shocks but the bushing was bigger than the bolts welded onto the rear-end. Talked to Josh and he said he would see about getting some sleeves made. I believe the bushings take a 5/8 in and the bolts were 1/2 in. Not a big thing and Spirit is taking care of it. Hoping to have the front and rear end done this weekend. Have had a lot of compliments on your work from the UPS man to the neighbors. Trying to drum up more business for you.

Bob, when you get a minute for a breath, snap some pics. I'm interested in how the steering column fits in the new body. My thoughts it will need to now sit under the dash instead of clearanced in. Sitting back a few more inches will make the difference IMHO. I will need a steering shaft and ujoint made for mine after I hang the column and glass in the 2" pvc support.
